GRE & GRP pipes

TPA material, polyamide or commonly called nylon and is in standard stock shapes for machining in sheet, rod and tube. There are often numbers associated with nylon plastics types such as 6, 66, 12 and 46. These numbers relate to the molecular structure of the nylon polymer and each structure type will have different properties. The most common polyamide plastics are Nylon 6 extruded, cast PA 6 and Nylon 66 (PA66) Nylon 66 are used as the key lock. The nylon key is inserted into the joint to restrain and mechanically lock the two pipe sections. We offer a very wide range of sizes and length from 6mm to 25mm diameter and up to 3500mm long. Customized sizes and shapes are available if required for GRE pipes .

Oil & gas

The oil and gas industry demands high temperature, high pressure (HTHP), high mechanical strength and chemical resistance materials, suitable for the most extreme environments. Modern technical plastics have a major contribution to make towards improving existing solutions in the oil and gas industry due to state-of-the-art materials that offer a greater range of benefits. Now a days, technical plastics have a major contribution to make towards improving existing solutions because modern materials offer a wider range of benefits.

These benefits include

• Weight reduction
• Corrosion resistance
• Thermal decoupling
• Minimised noise emissions

Plastic solutions for mechanical engineering

We offers wide range of engineering plastics which are predominantly used for mechanical applications and components of industrial machines. The field of mechanical engineering is traditionally focused on steel and metal alloys in order to achieve high mechanical strength and precision of the parts. Nowadays, replacing metal with engineering plastics is common due to their wide range of benefits. Often, high performance plastics are perceived to be too expensive to use as an alternative. However, you will find that these special materials can offer a solution where other traditional materials fail, opening up the doors to improvement and progress. Plastic is often a convenient solution for mechanical components such as gears, supports, sliding elements, spacers, valve components and many more applications.

We also caters and serves to

• Transformer Industries
• Automobile Industries
• Electronics Industries
